Ab exercises are better than buying expensive fitness machines

We all are worried about fitness. Many of us buy expensive machines to reduce weight by staying at home. But guys it's not that necessary to buy heavy fitness equipment at home.



You usually think that if you buy exercise bikes, elliptical machines, or motorized treadmills, it will bring fitness for you within a night. But practically don't work like this. You will get same results gradually if you make a proper diet plan with proper abs and body workout. Initially, we have to make our daily schedule, after that try to do exercise on a specified time period. If we manage proper timetable than you may get the goal within 15-30 days. Weight Loss exercises in 2017 - Don't worry about your weight now

If you follow my weight loss program, you will loose your weight within 30 days. Just eat as much as you can in the early morning and try to eat less in lunch and dinner. Try to sleep early at night, like at 8, 9 PM and get up early at 5,6 AM in the morning.

When you get up in the morning, take 2 full glass of water before eating anything. Then take a bath and go for the walk, daily do 4,5 kilometer walk in the morning to loss the weight within 30 days.

Don't eat rice, potato, soda drinks, and all those things which includes fats. Specially avoid sugar made things, try to eat fruits and green-vegs. After walk, do some stretching exercises.

One major thing which will help you to loose the weight early, is jumping. Try to do jumping for 5 mins, you will see a major difference in your stamina within first week.

Ab workouts

People who belong to IT mostly sit upon the chair towards their computer. They don't like to leave their seat until they compete their task. Most of the time people do not leave their seat around 5,6 hours. Other people who do clerical jobs, they also don't like to left their table. Meanwhile some of them hoping to get six pack abs. Its demands lot of commitment and work-out to get their desired shape.

To get the goal of six pack abs we need to be more focused to do workout in different timings. For your comport look at the picture:-


If you do these six exercises on daily basis you will get the results within 30 days. You have to perform
 2 to 4 sets of all these abs workout to get six pack abs.

Best exercise to lose weight

Many people are worried because of getting fats day by day. Its all because they don't get diet in a proper manner and timing. Don't think before eating and did not take proper sleep. People are getting lazy, they don't like to do manual work, they just love to eat and sit upon the chair.

After some months people come to know that they are getting more fats because they like to use remote control to switch on the fan, tv, AC, lights, etc. Like to eat cakes, ice-cream, and sugar made things, but they forget to go to gym or for walk to do some manual activity.

There are some Common Exercises we should do on daily basis to lose weight:

Best exercise is still jogging and walking, try to walk or run for 2 to 3 kilometer on daily-basis. It will increase your stamina, and you will look younger for long. Just remember to do some manual work. Eating is not the major issue, as the manual labor daily eats twice from a normal person, but how they become in well shaped. Its all because they do lots of manual handwork for many hours which kills lots of fats from their body, and provide us a balanced shape.  


I'm a sportsman by myself, but now I'm getting fats as well because I left the sports activity since last 2 years. But now I had found the solution and shared it with you, cheers.
