Weight Loss exercises in 2017 - Don't worry about your weight now

If you follow my weight loss program, you will loose your weight within 30 days. Just eat as much as you can in the early morning and try to eat less in lunch and dinner. Try to sleep early at night, like at 8, 9 PM and get up early at 5,6 AM in the morning.

When you get up in the morning, take 2 full glass of water before eating anything. Then take a bath and go for the walk, daily do 4,5 kilometer walk in the morning to loss the weight within 30 days.

Don't eat rice, potato, soda drinks, and all those things which includes fats. Specially avoid sugar made things, try to eat fruits and green-vegs. After walk, do some stretching exercises.

One major thing which will help you to loose the weight early, is jumping. Try to do jumping for 5 mins, you will see a major difference in your stamina within first week.
